Job Description:
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and present cybersecurity solutions that address their specific requirements.
• Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Develop technical proposals, system architectures, and custom configurations to support the sales process.
• Understand client infrastructure and business processes to design and recommend tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Partner with customers to ensure seamless integration of our products with their existing systems.
• Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) deployments, providing technical guidance during the evaluation phase.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships with prospects and clients.
• Work closely with customer IT and security teams to answer technical questions, provide insights, and address concerns throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the product management teams to deliver the work in accordance with the scope.
• Assist in post-sale implementation and provide hands-on training for customers to ensure the successful adoption and use of our solutions.
• Offer ongoing support to resolve technical issues and optimize the product’s performance for customers.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, including endpoint security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, encryption, PAM, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Proof of Concept (PoC) and product evaluation processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, and technical teams.
• Experience in CrowdStrike would be advantage.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, CCSP) are a plus.

Job Description:

• Design reliable solutions to meet the needs of the business clients
• Understand client infrastructure and business processes to design and recommend tailored IT solutions.
• Providing strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
• Responsible to develop high quality submissions to customers
• Provide documentation and updates of the solutions designed for customers
• Preparing estimates, proposals and TOR for potential clients
• To work closely with the Sales and Support team
• Develop solution offering with partner and other business unit
• Perform proof of concept lab to demonstrate solution and feature to customer
• Staying up to date on new technologies and services
• Customer Relation Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of presale or engineer experience is must
• Knowledge of Basic Network routing, switching and wireless is a must
• Knowledge of Server OS, Virtualization, System Utilities and Public Cloud Service is preferred
• Knowledge of Basic Cyber Security Solution is an advantage
• Knowledge of Data center system and storage is an advantage
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Database system and storage is an advantage
• Experience in designing of large complex project is an advantage
• Vendor certification is an advantage (Cisco, Huawei, HPE, VMWare, Microsoft, Fortinet, Paloalto, CrowdStrike, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+ etc)
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and business writing skills
• Able to self-manage whilst being goal orientated.
• Ability to train sales team and customer technical team in technical related solutions when required.
